I have always been a fan of the vibrant, colorful ads and fashion runway shows of one of the top 5 fashion icons of the decade, Anna Sui, so when I was asked to test out some products from her cosmetics line, you can imagine I was beyond thrilled!
Where to begin?! First and foremost, can we please please please talk about the beautiful packaging?! The makeup palette I have literally made me have a Marie Antoinette moment with the beautiful floral decor outside of the compact and the beautifully shaped eye shadows and lip gloss/cheek stain (multi-functional is always a plus).
And can we talk about the lipstick itself?! If the shooting star bullet shape isn't enough to gravitate you to this product, the creamy consistency will win you over! The lipstick literally melts on to your lip for a smooth application. And like the other products, the faint smell of rose is definitely a pleasant treat.
My absolute favorite product, I have to say is the hair color chalk set that will be sold online starting November. If you follow me on Instagram, you know that I change the color of my hair quite frequently. I've had red, pink, blonde, grey- pretty much every color of the rainbow. For those who have bleached hair before, you can relate with me in that literally my hair felt like hay and I lost a lot of strands during the long, tedious process each session. Thankfully, this chalk gives me the freedom to instantly color my hair without damaging it. And unlike other hair chalks out there, this one has a creamy, nonstick formula that spreads smoothly on to your hair.
